Its a good looking app but too bad i could not create an account. I do have a mastercard but it does bot allow me to create an account probably because the information i have on their system should be the same info that i enter when i create an account here but how can i remember some info when for example i forgot that i used my friends number when i took the card or if the csr mistakenly put my information or did a typo error. It should have something like just to put the card number and then it populates everything so it is less hassle.

Better than titanium efforts of the past. Touch ID, Apple Pay integration. Build on this and they will come.

An app is a great way to track spending on my titanium MasterCard, but whats the point if I have to log into my online account to add funds anyway? I was hoping that would be a feature in this app!

You would think such a huge business that specializes in transactions would have one tech guy to make sure things work properly. Seems ridiculous provided it required so much personal information then to glitch right as you apply.. How do we know are information is secure?

This well designed app tells me exactly what I want to know- my card balance and purchase history…and also other relevant $ info, like where the nearest MM store is located. It does EXACTLY what it is supposed to and I am glad to have it on my iPhone !

the useless app only shows what youve loaded on the card. the titanium plus visa i previously had when you made a purchase it showed immediately the purchase that you made. this is f***** ridiculous

It tells me my login is not recognized, very frustrating!! Crap app and their new website is also not user friendly. Dont waste your time online because youll end up having to go to them in person in the end.

App doesnt provide any real function accept for your account balance. Thought I would be able to load funds directly from the app and if necessary apply for loans.

Where to begin? The edit boxes dont allow pasting of credentials in from a secure password wallet. Tried to create an account, tells me there is already an account; doesnt specify if its the email, username, phone # or what this is based on and then asks for username to send a reset email. So because I chose a username and there was no verification at that time, I now get an option to bother a stranger with a password reset email. No way to access the support contact information until you unsuccessfully create an account and if you switch between apps then you are right back to the login screen. Maybe this app may have passed your QA but it obviously had no UAT. Just horrible.
